L-Arginine:All you need to know about

When we talk about the complete Protein, it must contain those 20 Amino acids to make it complete.These 20 Amino acids are further divided into 3 Sub-categories viz. Essential Amino Acids, Non-essential Amino acids and Conditional Amino acids. It has

been observed that our diet doesn't contain all these Amino Acids or sometimes it contains just minimal quantity of it. Vegetarians have very hard time in having Complete Protein requirements.

What is L-Arginine?
L-Arginine is a Conditional Amino Acid which is also present in our food items like Red Meat,Chicken,Salmon,Kidney Beans etc. but in very low quantities. So we need to consume more quantity of these in order to suffice our Arginine requirement.
