Fixing Hair Loss

Nowadays, Hair loss and Hair thinning is not just limited to the Mid-age people and Women,but youngsters in their as early as 18 or 20's complaining about severe Hair loss or Baldness. As these problems are compounding,expenditure of people's are increasing on various Hair products like Shampoo,Lotions for Scalp,Medicines etc. Some people are also forced to go for Hair transplant which is comparatively costly as well. But still using many kind of products for Hair loss or thinning, they are getting no results. In this article we will see, on which area we need to focus upon,while dealing with Hair loss or thinning problems.

Reasons for Hair loss:
Well in some of the cases factors like Pollution and using some cosmetics on scalp can cause Hair fall,but this ratio is just minimal,largest contributor of these problem is our internal factors i.e. Our Nutrition.Yes this is true,if our diet is not providing us all the essential minerals,vitamins and Protein, we will surely encounter these kind of troubles.

What need to be done?
  • Make sure your diet contains enough Iron.Some sources of Iron are e.g. Chicken,eggs,Spinach,Cauliflower etc.
  • Protein- Protein is very essential for Hair growth.Amino acids present in Protein strengthens your hairs and prevents falling. Sources- Chicken,eggs,Fish, Soya,milk products etc.
  • Vitamin-C- This vitamin helps absorbs iron in your bloodstream, so make sure take enough Vitamin-C in your diet. Add citrus fruits in your diet e.g.-Oranges,Grapes etc
  • OMEGA-3- If you are experiencing dry and itchy scalp,make sure you are taking enough Omega-3 in your diet.Sources- Fish oil,Walnuts,Flax seeds,etc.
  • BIOTIN- It is simply Vitamin-B. Sources-Egg yolks,Walnuts,Liver,Dairy products,sweet potatoes etc.
  • Massage your scalp at least twice in a week. Use coconut oil preferably.
  • Before going to bed,make sure you clean out all cosmetics products from your hairs like Hair Gels,Creams,etc.
  • Restrict yourself taking Artificial Sweetners like Cold drinks etc.
